Operations Administrator 32.5 hrs P/W (08:30 – 16:00 M-F) St Albans, Hertfordshire £23,660 (32.5 hours per week) Part-time, Permanent A well-established logistics company in St Albans is seeking an Operations Administrator to join its busy administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in finance, administration and logistics within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Auditing and processing supplier invoices Checking invoice accuracy, rates, surcharges and currencies Managing discrepancies and requesting credit notes Updating spreadsheets and internal systems (Excel) Liaising with suppliers and accounts team Supporting wider admin tasks and answering calls Requirements: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good numeracy and Excel/data entry skills Organised and able to meet deadlines independently Strong communication skills Positive, proactive and team-focused Hours & Benefits: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00 (32.5 hours per week) 22 days holiday Bank Holidays (pro rata) Modern office environment Stable company with training and development opportunities Ideal for: candidates with admin or accounts experience, or those looking to build a career in logistics and operations.
