Location: Shop is located in Jefferson (Spring Grove, PA). Most work is on-site with our customers—those locations vary.

Seeking a highly driven, positive, energetic, motivated, dependable, collaborative Diesel technician that is able to contribute immediately. An individual that cares about the company they work for and the customers they provide service to.
Responsibilities
* Work on their own as well as with others
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with all types of vehicles including Class 8 trucks all the way down to small passenger vehicles - RVs and trailers
* Make needed repairs in a timely manner, operate safely while doing so
* Build good customer relationships
* Manage issues on their own as far as following troubleshooting, reading schematics and diagrams
* Completing company paperwork correctly
* Working with multiple parts vendors to accurately order correct parts needed
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions performing onsite repair as well as road calls, and being able to work on their own—unsupervised and has good time management skills
Qualifications
* At least 5+ years experience in Light/Medium/Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Repair (REQUIRED)
* Own tool box/cart and tools, including Multi Meter & Electrical Diagnostic Tools
* Hours Monday-Friday 7-5pm with offset start times and some weekends when needed to accommodate our customers
* Clean Driving Record
* Good Communication & Time Management Skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and efficiently
* Experience in welding and minor fabrication mig/stick welding
* Proficient in reading and writing
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* Valid driver's license required (CDL License is a PLUS)
* PA Safety Inspection License is a PLUS

Next Level is a small local Hanover company with multiple mobile repair vehicles and a repair facility in Jefferson PA where we perform repairs and inspections for all types of vehicles we service a large area surrounding Hanover which also includes areas of Baltimore - MD eastern shore, Northern VA - ETC
