We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the brigade at the UK’s only two Michelin-starred pub — an ambitious, passionate and hardworking team that consistently strives for perfection.

What You’ll Do
* Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Lead and motivate the brigade during busy service
* Ensure dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to Michelin-level standards
* Oversee purchasing, receiving, and food storage procedures
* Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety compliance
* Assist with menu development and training junior chefs
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Sous Chef from a Michelin or high-end background, or strong Junior Sous Chef with ambition to step up
* Precision, consistency, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
* Organised, reliable, and confident leading a brigade
* Team player with a collaborative spirit who thrives in a busy kitchen
