The successful candidate will assist in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support our mechanical and electrical projects. Key Responsibilities
* Assist with sourcing and purchasing materials, plant, and services
* Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times
* Track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or delays
* Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
* Support price comparisons and cost analysis to ensure best value
* Assist with negotiating terms and discounts where appropriate
* Work closely with site teams to understand material requirements
* Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages
