Salary: Basic salary of £32,000 with OTE £46,000 to £48,000 Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 week days, plus one in three Saturdays 08:30- 13:00 Role Responsibilities Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians within the workshop team. Ensuring all work is completed timely and accurately, managing the customers expectations at all times. Reporting and seeking advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted, so that the customer is informed where delays result. Keeping up to date with all technological developments. Providing job instructions to apprentices in order that they develop the practical skills required. Supporting all team members and working together for the benefit of the dealership.
