Thrive Personnel is working in partnership with a leading engineering firm to recruit a skilled Industrial Spray Painter for a permanent position within their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in industrial spray painting, particularly in applying high-performance coatings for corrosion protection (C3–C5 environments). You’ll be part of a well-run, safety-focused workplace with excellent conditions and long-term stability.
About the Role
As an Industrial Spray Painter, you'll play a key role in preparing and applying specialist coatings to metal surfaces using a variety of spray systems. You'll be expected to work to a high standard, ensuring durability and consistency in every application.
Key Responsibilities

Apply industrial coatings in line with C3–C5 corrosion protection requirements
*
Operate a range of spray equipment including:
*
Airless
*
Air-assisted airless
*
Conventional pressure pot spray systems
*
Mix and apply two-pack paint systems such as epoxy primers
*
Prepare surfaces through masking, cleaning, and finishing processes
*
Inspect painted work to meet quality and spec compliance
*
Work safely and maintain clean, organised workspaces
What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a similar industrial spray painting role
*
Expertise in applying two-pack coatings and epoxy systems
*
Strong understanding of corrosion protection standards (C3–C5)
*
Confident in using different types of spray equipment
*
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications
*
Strong eye for detail and consistent quality standards

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
