* Lead with compassion, ensuring teams deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing
* Act as a visible and positive role model within the Oaktree Court community, leading, nurturing and inspiring teams to perform at their best
* Effectively manage team rotas, maintaining optimum staffing levels at all times
* Demonstrate strong organisational and financial acumen, managing budgets and resources to support an efficient and well-run operation
* Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures, relevant regulations and statutory requirements in the effective management of the Home
* Take an active role in maintaining and improving occupancy levels through effective enquiry management, conversion tracking and relationship-building
* Ensure the induction, training, supervision and appraisal of all non-clinical team members are carried out in line with relevant policies and best practice
