Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Vocal Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Musical Theatre and have the ability to inspire and motivate students. This role involves teaching singing and vocal techniques, fostering a positive learning environment, and enhancing the overall experience for participants. The Coach will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classes, and providing constructive feedback to students.
Duties
* Deliver engaging lessons tailored to various skill levels.
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student growth.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation.
* Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of vocal techniques.
* Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
* Communicate effectively with students regarding progress and areas for improvement.
* Organise and participate in performances or showcases to highlight student achievements.
* piano accompaniment skills desirable but not essential.
* An up to date Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
Requirements
* Experience working with young and developing voices
* Previous teaching or coaching experience is essential
* Strong communication skills, A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a high functioning creative team
* Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
