Our workplaces are, too! ​ We are looking for Performance Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. ​ ​ Start date: 1st September 2025 ​ This role will lead our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, maximising ROI and driving revenue growth. The role will focus on managing PPC, social media, and display advertising efforts, encompassing data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution, and optimisation. In partnership with cross-functional teams and our digital marketing agency, the role will orchestrate a comprehensive digital paid media strategy, aimed at generating qualified sales leads and boosting conversions. This role is pivotal in achieving our growth objectives and engaging our target audience effectively. ​ The successful candidate will have strong experience in digital campaign management, from strategy to execution, and advanced in A/B and multivariate testing, enhancing organisational change through analysis. ​ The role will be based in Dorking (hybrid), with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. You’ll have a solid understanding of the many routes to holiday booking customers take and ensure a presence at each stage in order to maximise conversion opportunities. Day to day you’ll work alongside our digital agencies – sharing trading updates and commercial priorities, ensuring ROI is maximised across paid channels, driving consistent volumes of quality leads and bookings. You’ll be confident managing a million pound budget, and continually looking for way to optimise it. You’ll be as keen to share your failures as you are your successes with PMAX. You’ll know your CPL’s from your CPM’s and be as comfortable digging into the minutia of the data as you are translating it into insight and actions to challenge our digital agency with, plus present back to key stakeholders. You’ll have reached a level of comfort with GA4 that means you can quickly and easily find what you’re looking for, whip up an exploration or, ideally, pull it into Looker Studio to be shared with the wider business. You’ll have a solid understanding of Meta, Youtube and display ad formats and know how best to use them to capture user attention and drive action. You’ll be comfortable turning your vision for these assets into a creative brief for our in-house studio team to realise. You’ll understand the fundamentals of A/B testing and will come armed with an arsenal of learnings from the past that can be trialled to drive continuous performance improvements. You’ll have responsibility for developing a Social Media Executive, working hand in hand to deliver a social content strategy that drives brand awareness and action through inspiration. You’ll understand the different platforms, their content requirements and the role they play in the wider marketing mix. You’ll care about brand guidelines and TOV, ensuring all creative meets these requirements as standard. You’re collaborative by nature, you understand the importance and benefits of teamwork, sharing knowledge and working cross-functionally to achieve business goals. You’ll be curious and proactive. You’ll ask questions and challenge answers. You won’t be fearful of trying something new or learning from mistakes. You want to hit the ground running. ​ ​ Your first 3 months This is a maternity cover role so you’ll be need to be quick getting under the skin of our business. We’ll be launching our TOY campaign in December for which paid media plays a pivotal role. You’ll be confident to come in and manage this through to delivery from day one. The remainder of your first 6 weeks will be spent meeting key stakeholders, understanding the brand, who we are and what we sell, and getting to grips with our current paid strategy. By 3 months you’ll have a handle on everything we do, and an idea of how we could take it to the next level. You’ll have become the go-to person for market insight and performance data, able to quickly assimilate and provide information for the purpose required. ​ ​ ​ You will have ​ Essential ​ Strong experience in digital campaign management, from strategy to execution. Proven ability to transform insights into strategic action, mapping customer journeys and channels effectively. The ability to advise confidently on digital and social media best practices, with a keen eye for disruptive technologies and trends. Advanced in A/B and multivariate testing, enhancing organisational change through analysis. Proficient in the Google stack, including Google Ads and Google Analytics. Utilises Excel spreadsheets for storing and manipulating data effectively. Expert in campaign monitoring and analysis, using data to drive strategic enhancements. Demonstrates strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Experienced in budget management, optimising ad spend for efficiency and effectiveness. ​ ​ Desirable ​ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields. Certifications from Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other advertising platforms. Experience of landing page and CRO optimisations, to improve campaign performance and create conversion-focused content. Experience with Infinity Call Tracking. Background in performance marketing within the travel or retail sectors, preferably with premium or luxury brands or with a digital-first brand is advantageous. Interest or understanding of sustainable tourism practices. ​ ​ ​ Personal Qualities ​ Highly analytical and driven by data, with a keen interest in testing and optimisation for continuous improvement. Outstanding communication and project management capabilities. Strong organisational skills, capable of efficiently juggling multiple tasks and effectively managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Creative in identifying and developing new growth opportunities. Quick to adapt to new technologies and learn new programs. A team player with a strong sense of collaboration, yet capable of working independently. Growth-minded, with critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external teams, capable of establishing connections with key network partners.
