ISA has a small team of staff working to support the Heads of nearly 800 independent schools. This role is to support, develop and promote the ISA national arts programmes for pupils (visual arts and performing arts such as music, drama, dance, creative writing, digital art and more).

Salary range: £24,771 - £28,850; plus 7% pension contribution
Contract: Permanent Contract (with probationary period) and subject to checks that include the right to work in the UK.
Hours of Work: 35 hrs per week (one hour unpaid lunch break), Mon-Fri. Usually 9-5, but some flexibility: see job description.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus up to 8 bank holidays. Annual leave usually to be taken during school holiday periods.
