Duties
* Supervise daily operations within the restaurant areas, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the management of food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Collaborate with bartending staff to maintain high standards of beverage service and customer satisfaction.
* Help resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of restaurant dining areas at all times.
Experience
* Hospitality experience is preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
* Ability to work within a small team in a fast paced environment.
