Bilingual Executive Assistant (English German)
Location
Chirk, North Wales (near Wrexham)
Key Responsibilities
* High quality secretarial support for senior executives, managing their business activities to maximise efficient utilisation of time.
* Responsibility for agenda and meeting preparation and follow‑up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Accurate preparation of meeting minutes in both German and English.
* Translation work (verbally and in writing).
* Preparation of presentations, composing business correspondence and creating concise reports as day‑to‑day aspects of the role.
* Dealing with enquiries from other Kronospan sites.
Requirements
The ideal Bilingual Executive Assistant will be multilingual with fluent English and C1/C2 German, and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent typing and ideally shorthand skills, backed up by good quality administration and filing practice.
