As a result of organic growth and further plans for expansion, particularly across Europe and the US, they are now seeking a Head of HR & Talent to support with this continued success. This exciting role will report to and partner with the MD and executive board members to deliver a proactive, pragmatic, responsive and value-added HR service to the business, ensuring they have robust processes and systems in order to build a strong leadership and talent capability in each function. Acting as a trusted advisor to the leaders of the business you will support on all HR and development initiatives as well as developing the organisations EVP, promoting the business as an employer for future talent. This is a generalist role which will encompass all areas of HR and see you developing strategies around talent, succession, development, pay and reward, recruitment, employee engagement and communications whilst creating and enhancing onboarding, talent, and performance frameworks. You are an engaging, collaborative, and credible HR Generalist who prides yourself in building strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels of a business. You have the ability to influence, gain commitment and support from a diverse range of stakeholders and employees ideally gained from your time within a SME business who have been through a significant period of growth.
