Responsibilities
* Support commercial activities with documentation support.
* Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders for regular progress reporting of work.
* Maintain multi‑item registers and organise document submissions via Document Registers.
* Support projects as needed (can be up to several projects at one time).
* Review and support technical queries.
* Follow project specifications and quality plans to ensure the client’s and projects’ expectations and requirements are managed and met throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
* Participate in project‑related meetings, both internally and with clients, from project kick‑off to post‑order review.
* Improve and manage quality document processes.
* Work with clients to ensure timely management and submission of all documents, including pre‑manufacturing and post‑order packs.
* Review incoming documents and ensure any corrections or revisions are made prior to client submission.
Qualifications and Expectations
* Previous experience in a commercial environment.
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
* Competent in all MS Office applications.
* Drive and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and progress.
* Minimum of five years’ demonstrated experience in this type of role.
* Experience within the Oil and Gas / Energy / Nuclear industry supply sections, or Pipework and Fittings industry preferred.
* Fluent in English – both speech and writing.
* Occasional site visits to UK locations when required.
