Available Roles
Sous Chef - from £38000
* Assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
* Leading and motivating junior team members
* Overseeing stock management, prep and daily service
* Contributing to menu development and specials
Commis Chefs - from £25000
* Supporting senior chefs with food preparation and service
* Learning and developing culinary skills in a fast paced kitchen
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Gaining hands on experience across all sections
