Are you a hands-on engineer looking to join a forward-thinking company where your skills will be valued and rewarded? We're looking for an experienced Workshop Engineer to join our team in Leamington Spa, working day shifts only with a competitive salary of up to £50,000.
The Role:
As a Workshop Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment
* Performing routine servicing, inspections, and testing
* Assembling, refurbishing, and overhauling machinery and components
* Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and company quality requirements
* Keeping detailed service records and reports
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a workshop or engineering environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
* A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
