We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Support staff with clerical duties as needed, ensuring all administrative functions are executed smoothly
* Utilise Google Workspace for collaborative projects and communication
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Prior clerical experience will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role
