We now have an opportunity for a talented and passionate Area Visual Merchandiser to support our stores across Northern Ireland and ROI!
We are looking for an experienced, commercial and hands-on Area Visual Merchandiser to join our Smiggle Team looking after three stores in NI and seven stores in ROI:
Belfast, Newry, Londonderry, Blanchardstown, Cork (Mahon Point and Winthrop Street), Limerick, Dundrum, Swords and Ilac. Our ideal candidate must be based in Dublin.
What will your day to day involve?
You will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales and to coach stores on executing and delivering brand expectations. Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, this diverse role will see you responsible for all aspects of visual merchandising across of Northern Ireland & ROI, including-
1. Set up of VM briefs (brief changes)
2. Ensure Managers are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards
3. Provide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved
4. Report on store brief execution and standards
5. Provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues
6. Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities
7. Regular monthly travel across NI and ROI are including but not limited to all the above locations
8. 3 to 5 days per week across Monday to Friday, weekend support is required to meet the needs of the business
