A growing Managed Services Provider is looking to appoint a Head of Cyber Security to lead and scale its expanding cyber function.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who has experience building and growing cyber security capabilities within an MSP or technology services environment, while still remaining hands‑on when required from an incident response and technical leadership perspective.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute the cyber security growth strategy
Build and lead a high‑performing cyber function
Oversee incident response and security operations
Support client engagement and cyber consultancy offerings
Drive best practice across security tooling, governance and delivery
Work closely with senior leadership to shape the wider technology strategy
What we’re looking for
Proven experience growing or scaling a cyber security division/function
Strong background within Managed Services, IT Services or Consultancy
Technical capability across incident response and security operations
Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience leading teams and developing cyber offerings/services
