The Job
As a Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in managing and monitoring claims, ensuring no leakage occurs and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support customers from their first notification of claim until the completion of repairs.
2. Ensure claims are processed in line with guidelines, current case law, and indemnity requirements.
3. Investigate and determine liability, preparing necessary documentation and communicating with relevant parties.
4. Manage the claims pipeline effectively, meeting service level agreements and reporting any delays promptly.
