Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and families to support individual education plans (IEPs).
* Track and assess student progress, adapting strategies to meet changing needs.
* Promote emotional wellbeing and develop pupils' confidence, independence and communication skills.
* Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement and tailored strategies.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in SEN.
* Child DBS on update service.
* A nurturing, patient and resilient approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A deep commitment to inclusive education and the belief that every child can succeed.
