Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a sales management role within the automotive or driving industry.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing successful sales teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good understanding of automotive products, market trends, and customer behaviours.
* Ability to analyse sales data and market information to inform decision‑making.
* Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Relevant sales or management qualifications are advantageous.
