The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects valued typically between £5m–£20m
*
Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
*
Develop and monitor project programmes and budgets
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
*
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
*
Prepare progress reports and ensure project milestones are met
*
Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving on site
About You
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
*
Strong track record delivering construction projects from start to finish
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
*
Solid understanding of construction processes, contract management, and legislation
*
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (or working toward them)
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
