Maintenance Co-ordinator opportunity in SW London Your new company A UK-based renewable energy company specialising in providing ongoing maintenance services for solar PV systems. Your new role Looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and detail-oriented Maintenance Co-Ordinator with prior experience to join our small team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and external suppliers to gather, validate and manage all operational data required across the business. Process and review site reports submitted by various subcontractors, ensuring all information is accurately captured, updated and recorded within the CRM system. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising directly with subcontractors, ensuring issues are corrected promptly and recorded appropriately. Coordinate with external monitoring companies, tracking cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely case closure. Co-manage and maintain the subcontractor metering stock sheet, ensuring stock levels are accurate, up to date and monitored regularly. Raise purchase orders for stock and equipment, following internal procurement processes and ensuring all requests are documented correctly. Organise technician schedules, coordinate diaries, book appointments and ensure field technicians have all required information to complete work efficiently. Collect, analyse and cleanse operational data to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CRM system, supporting effective reporting and decision-making. What you'll need to succeed Exceptional attention to detail Good organisational skills Experienced working with numbers, invoicing and purchase orders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior maintenance coordination experience desired Excellent Excel skills Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Confident and friendly phone manner Desirable Skills and Experience: Complaints handling experience Salesforce/CRM Software experience Previous Solar/Renewable Energy knowledge What you'll get in return Business performance related bonus 23 annual leave public holidays (rising by 1 each year, capped at 28) Work from home once a week until probation, then an option for 2 days.
