About the Role
* Lead a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation within a commercial, safe, and efficient environment.
* Maintain a hands‑on operational presence, supporting sales floors and store management as required.
* Create a motivating and inspiring team culture that drives top performance.
* Continuously improve stockroom processes, identifying and resolving problems to achieve the highest standards.
* Drive day‑to‑day stock presentation and quickest customer fulfilment.
