To deliver the stock investment and planned works programmes for MGHA properties. To support and inform the development of delivery programmes with PWPM, 3rd party consultants and contractor partners, reviewing and reporting on progress, resulting in a cost effective and resident focused service.
Here at Mount Green, we are now seeking a Planned Works Project Officer to support the planned works programme manager (PWPM) to deliver effective programmes of work that deliver excellent customer outcomes and engagement from the outset to completion. We are looking for an excellent communicator, with the ability to foster effective relationships internally and externally.
* Be qualified in a relevant technical discipline, or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role.
* Ideally have an appropriate academic qualification such as a HNC in Building Surveying / Construction or willingness to work towards.
* Have knowledge and experience of the design and specification of cyclical planned and improvement programmes
* Understand supply chain management.
* Have understanding of the scope, requirements and application of relevant health and safety legislation
* Have strong knowledge of general building construction, Planning Regulations, Building Regulations and the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2010
* Experience of managing a planned maintenance and programmed contract works service, in a social housing environment
* Excellent IT and data analytical skills, including the ability to analyse data and market trends.
* Strong organisational, logistics and planning skills.
You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence. Additionally, this role is well-suited to be part of our out of-hours 'response' team who work on a rota-basis.
