About The Role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for Commis Chefs to join our casual culinary team.
As a Casual Commis Chef, you will support the senior chefs in delivering high-quality food across our stadium on a match day. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their chef career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain experience within a fast-paced stadium environment.
What will you be doing?
Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards.
Supporting the kitchen team.
Ensuring all food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation within your section.
Following all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Supporting stock rotation and minimising waste in line with company guidelines.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Who are we looking for?
Some previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (placement, apprenticeship, or similar desirable).
A basic food hygiene certificate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn from senior chefs and take on feedback.
