T&K Associates have a really exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our Client based in Castle Donington on a permanent basis.
Were on the lookout for someone who is proactive, reliable and has a great customer focused approach looking for progression within a dynamic and supportive company.
This position will be based at a new HQ in Castle Donington and would ideally suit someone from a customer account background or a graduate who wants to train and progress.
Customer Service Co-ordinator job details and Benefits;
£26,100 - £28,000 per annum
Fantastic annual bonus offered based on Company profit
08:30 17:00, 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hour contract

Customer Service Co-ordinator Job Responsibilities;
Answer and screen incoming calls professionally
Accurately process and check call-offs and orders against quotes
Liaise with site teams to address and resolve stock and personnel issues
Build and maintain relationships with Business Development Managers, fitters, and logistics teams
Coordinate effectively with stock control and suppliers
Book work with relevant team members, ensuring all schedules are managed efficiently
Monitor and check stock levels to meet operational requirements
Organise weekend work schedules as needed
Handle customer interactions, providing excellent service and care
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain and update builders files, including quotes, schedules, and other key documents
Prepare credits and manage associated documentation
Customer Service Co-ordinator Person Specification;
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders
Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Familiarity with order processing, stock monitoring, and scheduling is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
