R9 are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative / General Builder to join our clients growing installs team.

Salary:£40,354.00
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general building work to a high standard
Complete brickwork, blockwork and minor building works
Undertake minor plumbing repairs
Carry out basic carpentry and basic joinery repairs
Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards
Accurately update jobs using a PDA system
Skills & Experience
Strong general building / Multi-trade
Working knowledge of basic plumbing
Experience working in tenanted properties
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Additional trade qualifications or compliance knowledge desirable
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
DBS check (or willingness to complete)
Right to work in the UK
Professional, customer-first attitude
Based within a commutable distance South East London
