About The Team: The Employment Department advises both employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including: Employment tribunals and litigation Mediation Policies and procedures TUPE Settlement Agreements The team takes a partner-led approach and works closely with other specialist departments across the firm, fostering an open and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and professional development.
