Up to £35,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime

* Up to £35,000 depending on experience
* Door-to-Door travel pay

* Fully equipped company van, fuel card, laptop, mobile & expenses
* 08:00 - 16:30 working hours
* Ongoing technical training and development
The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers’ forklift trucks and materials handling equipment stay in peak condition.
* Complete servicing and preventative maintenance
* Attend breakdowns and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
* Carry out effective and efficient repairs on‑site
* Communicate clearly with customers on findings, repairs and next steps
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
* Complete all required documentation accurately
* Work safely at all times
What I'm Looking For
* Strong mechanical engineering background with solid fault‑finding skills
* Experience in FLT, plant, agricultural, or heavy equipment maintenance
* Hydraulics and electrical knowledge (training provided if needed)
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident, professional communication
* Ability to manage your workload independently
* A proactive, customer‑focused attitude
