We’ve grown 10X in the last five years, and now we’re expanding into six new markets and launching two new versions of our product.
To drive this ambitious roadmap, we’re hiring a AI-Driven Product Analyst to lead the accuracy, growth, and experimentation of our product data and content.
We are testing Llama, OpenAI and Falcon LLM's along with our own NLP methods.
What You’ll Do
As the Product Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things product. You’ll take ownership of product data, collaborate with customers, and use a data-led approach to improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the accuracy, structure, and quality of all product data on our platform
* Collaborate with customers to collect, update, and enhance their software listings
* Monitor product performance using analytics and reporting tools
* Design and run LLM, NLP and data-driven experiments to boost user engagement and product KPIs
* Act as the internal product lead—supporting the wider team with insights and guidance
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in product data or product content management, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment
* Proven ability to manage complex data and content operations with precision and autonomy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be speaking with customers and internal stakeholders daily
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decision-making and optimization
* A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and improving product performance

What a Typical Week Might Look Like
* 50% — Updating and maintaining accurate product data
* 20% — Liaising with customers to improve software listings
* 15% — Monitoring product metrics and reporting on performance
* 15% — Running LLM/NLP user focussed experiments and learning new technologies
