Salary: £29,536 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus!

Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Room Leader to join our Preschool Room team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification is required. Please note, this is a year-round position as our nursery operates throughout the year.

As Room Leader, You Will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and child learning journals.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Support the key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
* Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What You Need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS - Essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
