About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a 360 excavator in a safe and controlled manner
* Carry out excavation, trenching, grading, and lifting tasks as required
* Conduct daily safety checks and basic maintenance of the machine
* Follow site plans, instructions, and health & safety regulations
* Work closely with site managers and groundworkers to ensure project efficiency
* Report any faults or issues with equipment promptly
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS card for 360 excavator operation
* Proven experience operating 360 machines on construction sites
* Strong understanding of site safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and reliability
Desirable
* Lifting ops endorsement
* Previous experience on large-scale construction projects
