The Role : This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and wants to play a key part in driving commercial insight, improving processes and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing detailed analysis and commentary. Monitor financial performance, analysing variances, trends, margins, and KPIs. Partner with operational, production, and supply-chain teams to provide commercial insight. Assist in the development and improvement of financial controls and reporting processes. Support cashflow management and balance sheet reconciliations. Contribute to cost analysis, pricing models, and profitability reporting. Assist with year-end preparation, external audit requirements, and statutory compliance.
