The Role
We’re hiring a Data Analyst to act as the central source of truth across the business, helpingteams make smarter, faster decisions through accurate, actionable insights. You'll workdirectly with data from our data warehouse and other sources, distilling complexity intoclarity. From deep-dive analysis to building dashboards in Looker or Metabase, your work will support growth, product development, marketing performance, and operationalefficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage core business reporting across platforms using visualisation tools like Looker or Metabase
* Analyse data from our data warehouse and third-party sources (e.g. Shopify, GA4,Klaviyo) to surface trends and opportunities
* Partner with marketing, product, ops, finance, and leadership teams to deliver both structured and ad hoc analysis and insights, as required
* Translate stakeholder questions into structured queries, dashboards, or strategic reports
* Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and commercial opportunities using data
* With the support of the CTO and COO, ensure data consistency, accuracy, andavailability through structured QA and maintenance practices
Ideal Candidate
* 3–5 years' experience in data analysis or BI in an ecommerce business
* Proficient in SQL and familiar with working across cloud-based data warehouses (e.g.BigQuery, Snowflake)
* Skilled in data visualisation tools like Looker, Metabase, or similar
* Strong understanding of business metrics – from CAC and LTV to inventory and operations KPIs
* Comfortable working cross-functionally, turning loose questions into clear, data-backed answers
* High attention to detail, data hygiene, and ownership of accuracy
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment
