We're Dipped & Coated – a growing, independent confectionery brand known for our freeze-dried sweets and chocolate-covered treats. Our products are playful, addictive, and always evolving and now it's time for our content to reflect that.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can own our social channels, create fun and engaging content, and help build a strong, recognisable online personality for the brand.
You'll work directly with the founders and wider team to plan, film, and post content and if you're up for it, you could also become one of the faces of the brand, sharing updates, demos, launches and behind-the-scenes moments.
This is a part-time role to begin with (2–3 days/week), but there's real potential for it to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.
What You'll Be Doing
* Planning, scheduling, and posting content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
* Working with the team to develop fun ideas, seasonal campaigns, and trend-driven content
* Filming and editing short-form videos, from product features to behind-the-scenes peeks
* Writing captions, engaging with followers, and building community in DMs/comments
* Helping shape and maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity
* Supporting with launch content and real-time coverage from events or production days
* Contributing ideas across marketing and brand development
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Have some experience producing social content – whether professionally or through personal projects
* Understand short-form content, especially TikTok and Reels
* Are confident on camera or open to growing into that (think demos, BTS, casual talk-to-cam)
* Are genuinely interested in sweets, chocolate, flavours, and what makes food fun
* Are creative, proactive, and naturally well-organised
* Are comfortable working as part of a small, fast-moving team
* Are flexible and happy to get stuck in when needed (including occasional help in production/packing during busy periods)
* Can drive (ideal, but not essential)
