Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: GBP DOE
The Role
An opportunity has arisen within a growing practice for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with proven technical expertise in handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will manage your own caseload including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, freehold, and leasehold matters. The firm welcomes applications from individuals with a few years' experience as well as those with more experience looking to develop further.
The Candidate
If you have the drive to be part of a growing practice with opportunities for progression, this role is suitable for you. Applications are encouraged from Residential Property Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE handling all types of residential property matters.
