Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on a varied and high-quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant work, including lease drafting and negotiations
* Development and property finance matters
* Managing your own caseload with supervision where needed
* Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) with commercial property experience
* Confident managing a varied caseload
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Commercially aware and proactive
