We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team based in the Northwich area!
Our client is a well established, well respected, successful and growing company operating in the construction sector.
We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis. Therefore if successful, you'll be employed directly by our client on a full time, permanent contract.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for the day to day management of a variety of contracts within our clients flooring division.
You'll be responsible from managing the contract and ensuring it's smooth delivery from first onboarding to job completion and hand over.
Works typically involve, laminate, LTV, vinyl or carpet installed both domestic and commercial projects.
This will include:
* Customer / client liaison
* Meetings with both clients and internal management to report on progress / issues
* Labor supply / management
* Managing all pre and post contract issues
* Ensure works are completed in time, in budget and to the right specification
* Liaising with other departments regarding materials & logistics.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.
No weekend working.
Travel may be required to client meetings / site visit's to asses works completed.
Majority of the role will be spent at our clients office in Northwich.
Pay:
£35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
+ Profit sharing system at the end of each year.
Experience required:
At least 2/3 years spent as a contracts manager, managing flooring installs.
