Role Overview
As a Technical Support Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:
* Gaining and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our equipment and products.
* Providing technical support and training with confidence and accuracy.
* Developing resources such as technical support libraries, training videos, and informational leaflets.
* Coordinating equipment loan services and liaising with manufacturers for technical queries and warranties.
* Resolving customer issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Setting Direction
* Build and maintain extensive knowledge libraries for equipment and products.
* Collaborate with purchasing and marketing teams to enhance product selection and training materials.
* Identify recurrent equipment issues and propose solutions to the purchasing team.
Developing People
* Share your expertise with customers and colleagues, creating a robust learning environment.
* Take the initiative in self-development through continuous professional development (CPD).
* Participate in and deliver product training sessions, fostering a culture of learning.
Delivering Results
* Ensure timely communication with customers regarding equipment specifications and deliveries.
* Assist customers with repairs through various communication channels.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and support the implementation of change within the team.
What We Require
* Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
