Appointment Scheduler/Planner responsibilities include managing calendar appointments, coordinating with team members, and communicating with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

Manage and maintain appointment schedules efficiently
Coordinate with team members and schedule their appointments with clients
Handle client inquiries related to appointments
Reschedule appointments as needed
Ensure timely communication with clients for appointment reminders
Update and maintain accurate client records
Address and manage complaints or issues related to appointments
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service
Comply with company policies and procedures
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Proven work experience as an Appointment Scheduler or similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in use of scheduling software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
