THG acquired Acheson & Acheson in 2018 to bring full service, product development & manufacturing in-house to supply innovative branded and THG Beauty Brand products to the industry. In 2022 Acheson & Acheson became THG Labs. Capabilities include:

About the Product Team
At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution.
Product Development Co-Ordinator
This role serves as an essential foundation within the Product Team, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of product development and project management and serves as a springboard for those aspiring to pursue a career in Product Management.
5. Smooth execution of various administrative tasks, critical to both the success of our projects but also the day-to-day functioning of the product team.
6. Liaising with cross-functional teams throughout a project timeline.
7. Set up project critical paths for managers approval and track key milestones.
8. Researches and collates competitor analysis to support product concept proposals.
9. Tracks new product launches and key market trends.
10. Contributes to the compilation of artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval.
11. Prepares component samples for manager to set QC standards.
12. Prepares development samples with relevant documentation for the customer’s approval.
13. Attends production runs both internally and externally.
14. Contributes to the collation of product costings and budgets.
15. Communicates effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.
16. Helps to promote a positive working environment.
17. Any other duties that may be required.
