Our client is seeking a talented 2–5 year PQE Solicitor to join their respected Family Law team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload of privately funded matters and building long-term client relationships. You will work alongside experienced family specialists in a supportive, professional environment with a strong local reputation and steady referral base. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters, including: * Divorce and financial remedy proceedings * Pre- and post-nuptial agreements * Cohabitation and separation agreements * TLATA claims * Private children matters * Non-molestation and occupation orders You will take files from instruction through to conclusion, including preparation for trial where required.
