The Role As a Communications & Digitalisation Officer in our Ground Operations team, you will support a variety of tasks primarily focused on the creation and implementation of digital media and internal communications across the business, including: Developing internal communications campaigns Creating graphics and video content including interviews and promotional videos Supporting in social media content creation Helping to coordinate corporate events Engaging with individuals and teams to capture key messages effectively Aiding in the preparation or presentations for stakeholders and contributing to design-based tasks Producing materials that adhere to strict brand guidelines for globally led employee initiatives Assisting in the development of digital media solutions for various stakeholder requests Other ad-hoc departmental tasks as required Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Creative Design, Marketing Management, Communications or related field Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign Video editing software skills, ideally Premiere however Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Studio is desirable Practical knowledge of camera operating skills Knowledge of media platform analytics and content management systems Foundational knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel and Power BI The Person Knowledgeable of branding and public relations Excellent organisational and leadership skills Continuous learning and adaptability mindset A creative thinker with a proactive approach to the development and implementation of new ideas Strong project management and time management skills Good attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers What you’ll get in return A competitive salary and access to a variety of excellent benefits, including a company pension scheme and private healthcare, along with valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
