* Requesting approval for quotes on supplier portals on new software purchases
* Terminating renewals contracts on supplier portals
* Check CRM quotes and proposals and process data for integration with accounts system
* Process orders on CRM and supplier portals
* Monitor, prepare and complete the end to sales process for renewal
* Support the Sales team with preparation of renewal quotations
* Supporting the Sales team with preparation and monitoring of their rental renewals
* Associated license key renewals.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to be organised in their work and ideally candidates will have sales order management experience. Key skills include:
* Good communication skills
* Good team working skills
* Has a keen eye for detail
* Process driven
* Experience with CRM is beneficial
