Job Title: Customer Liaison Representative
Reports to: Front of House Supervisor
Location: BAE Systems, Frimley site, Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £26,832 - £27,508 (dependent on experience)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 17:30, Friday 07:30 – 16:30)
Note: Shift patterns are subject to business needs.

Signature is the premium front of house provider within Mitie, committed to authentic, signature customer service. We are recruiting for a professional, welcoming individual to manage access points, maintain a tidy reception, handle communications, and support building operations.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain standards within the building.
2. Check furniture for safety and functionality.
3. Support VIP visits and greet visitors.
4. Handle queries related to VIP or large bookings.
5. Liaise with cleaners, security, and facilities staff.
6. Report maintenance issues and monitor repairs.
7. Organize conference room layouts.
8. Manage postal services and assist with hospitality arrangements.
9. Implement room layout changes as needed.
10. Disassemble faulty equipment and review meeting room capacities.
11. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
12. Use in-house booking tools for desks and meeting rooms.
13. Support reception duties, including emails and locker management.
14. Assist with security audits and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* IT literacy and ability to work independently.
