Get a better look at our team culture here: https://www.instagram.com/kaleidoscopehotels/ As Night Porter what you’ll be doing Part time - 30 hours - 3 nights per week, will include some weekends and bank holidays Ensure security and safety: Take charge of the hotel’s overnight safety, performing regular checks and ensuring guests feel secure at all times. Guest experience: Provide warm, efficient service to all guests, from check-in to check-out. Support events: Assist in setting up conferences, events, or functions to ensure they’re ready for the next day. Maintain presentation: Keep all public areas immaculate, creating a welcoming environment 24/7. Equipment and safety checks: Verify that fire extinguishers and safety devices are in working order, reporting any issues immediately. Handle transactions: Process payments accurately and maintain correct invoicing records. Assist with luggage: Offer courteous assistance to guests with baggage or other requests. Bar service: Provide basic bar service when required, maintaining a clean and professional environment. General duties: Support the wider hotel team with ad-hoc cleaning and administrative tasks as needed. What happens next with your Night Porter application?
