Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
* Schedule appointments and manage the dental practice's calendar efficiently.
* Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
* Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and dental materials as needed.
* Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Basic IT proficiency, including familiarity with dental software systems, is advantageous.
* A background in nursing or patient care would be beneficial but not mandatory.
