Master Technician Needed in Old Trafford, Manchester
1. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with uncapped bonus and a 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining. A flexible 4-day working week (subject to discussion at interview) is also available at select locations.
2. Salary: £38,600 – £42,000 basic, OTE up to £46,600 (dependent on level and performance)
Our client, a well-established main dealer group, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their professional team.
Key Responsibilities for a Master Vehicle Technician:
3. Diagnose complex faults and carry out advanced repairs to manufacturer standards
4. Support and mentor other technicians with technical guidance
5. Perform road tests and quality control checks on completed work
6. Ensure all workshop documentation is completed accurately and on time
7. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment in line with company policies
What We’re Looking For in a Master Vehicle Technician:
8. Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – Master Technician status desirable
9. Proven experience within a main dealer or manufacturer-approved environment
10. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
11. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
12. Full UK driving licence
